Wakil · Southern California · We handle it.

To the owner reading this —

A wakil is someone you trust to act on your behalf. It also means agent — we build both kinds.

We run the technology behind your business. Handled.

Confidential · EPA-certified refrigerant reclamation · Los Angeles County · 2026

When we met them, the business ran on a WordPress site, paper manifests, and memory. Cylinders — thousands of dollars of steel with federal test deadlines — were tracked in heads and spreadsheets. Buyback quotes lived in text threads. The website said almost nothing about a firm that does highly regulated, genuinely rare work.

We rebuilt all of it as one system. A 55-page industrial site with a page for every refrigerant they handle and every city they serve — each with proper structured data, each preserving the old site's Google equity through a full redirect map. Behind it, an 18-module operations platform: a buyback pipeline that takes a quote from phone intake to a tokenized acceptance page to payment; a cylinder registry that knows every tank's federal hydro-test deadline; QR labels on physical assets with a maker-checker approval chain; a dispatch board with crews and photo-documented field tickets; and a contractor portal where their customers see invoices, custody records, and documents without calling the office.

The paperwork generates itself now — recovery manifests and certificates of analysis as numbered PDFs, archived where an auditor can find them. And at 7:00 every morning, the owner gets one email: which cylinders are due for testing in the next 90 days, which payables are due this week, which buyback requests have gone quiet. The system watches so nobody has to remember.

Every claim above is a screen we can show you on a call — client name withheld, software real.

Names withheld — our clients' competitors read websites too. The numbers are real, and references are a phone call away.

What we handle.

II / THE PRACTICE

Your storefront online.

Found first, chosen first.

  • A website that works — fast, built for exactly your trade
  • Search everywhere — Google, Maps, and the AI answers your customers ask now
  • Hundreds of local pages, one for every city and service you cover
  • Tracking that shows which dollar brought which customer

Your operations.

Software shaped to how you actually run.

  • CRM that matches your pipeline, not a template's
  • Quoting from inquiry to signed and paid
  • Inventory, dispatch, and QR tracking on physical assets
  • Customer portals, field-crew apps, owner dashboards

Your money.

Getting paid should be the easy part.

  • Payments through our partners — terminal on the counter, rates negotiated for you
  • Deposits collected the moment a quote is accepted
  • Invoices, gift cards, memberships — whatever your model needs
  • Books that reconcile themselves into your accounting

Your marketing.

Run by people, measured by software.

  • Social and campaigns through our in-house partners
  • Content drafted from your real, finished jobs
  • Review requests, follow-ups, and win-backs on autopilot
  • Ad platforms told which leads actually became customers

We build agents that work while you sleep.

III / OVERNIGHT

Last night, across the businesses we run technology for — every entry below is a real system, live today.

2:14 AM

A sales agent scoped a custom fabrication inquiry — asked the right questions, created the lead, and never quoted a price. It isn't allowed to. The owner woke up to a qualified job.

3:00 AM

The rank tracker checked every local keyword that matters and logged the movement, so “how's our Google doing?” has an answer with a chart.

4:37 AM

A storefront agent answered a stock question and built a quote — then held the follow-up message until morning. Customers don't get texts at 4 AM. That's a rule we wrote.

6:00 AM

Win-back emails went to customers who'd gone quiet for 60 days. Some of them booked before the shop unlocked its doors.

7:00 AM

Every owner got their digest — payments due, certifications expiring, requests going stale — in the inbox before the first coffee.

overnight

The ad platforms were told which leads actually became customers — so tomorrow's ad dollar aims a little better than today's. This happens every single night.

None of this is a product demo. It's Tuesday.

The quiet audit.

IV / SEALED REPORT

Enter your website. Get a sealed report — texted to you by Fadi personally.

We run your site and your Google presence through the same machinery we use on client work — speed, local search, what the AI engines say when customers ask them about businesses like yours. You get three things worth fixing whether you ever hire us or not. No dashboard signup. No drip campaign. One text.

The person behind it.

V / PEOPLE
Fadi Francis, founder of Wakil

Fadi Francis

Founder & your wakil

I run my own retail company — Francis Retail — on software I built, the same stack I build for you. When I say the inventory system works, it's because my inventory runs on it. When I say the agents sell, it's because mine do.

I answer the phone. I'm in the room for every decision. And the marketing and payments behind your business run through partners I've worked with for years — one call, everything handled.

I don't sell software. I take responsibility for the whole thing working.

We stay small on purpose. A short bench of senior people and trusted partners, brought in as your business needs them — and nobody learns on your time.

How it works.

VI / THE DEAL

First, we talk — about how your business actually runs, not about software.

Then we build what's missing. Nothing off the shelf — your quoting, your dispatch, your site, shaped to your trade.

Then we run it with you. Watching, fixing, improving — while you run the business.

That's the whole model. You do the work only you can do. We handle it.

The Wakil Guarantee.

VII / IN WRITING
  • You'll have the number in writing before any work starts — and the first conversation costs nothing.
  • No long-term contracts. Stop any month — you owe nothing further, and everything we built stays yours and keeps running.
  • What you've paid for is yours forever: code, data, domain, accounts — in your name from day one.
  • Everything documented so any competent firm could take over tomorrow — we'd just rather you never want one to.
  • You deal with me. Not an account manager, not a ticket queue — me.

Asked & answered.

VIII / BEFORE YOU TEXT
What does it cost?+

There are no packages and no tiers, because no two of our businesses run the same. Scope comes out of a first conversation that costs nothing — and if budget certainty matters to you, say so in your first text. You'll have a number in writing before any work starts.

Do I own the software?+

Yes. The code, the data, the domain, the accounts — yours from day one, in your name. If you've ever watched an agency hold a website hostage, you know how rare that sentence is.

What happens if we part ways?+

Everything keeps running. Your systems are documented so any competent firm could take over tomorrow — we architect the handoff before we need one. Dependency on us is something we design out, not in.

How fast will I see something real?+

Websites in days, not months. Operations software in weeks, not quarters — and you'll be looking at working screens in the first week, not wireframes.

Who is this NOT for?+

Startups chasing a pitch deck, committees that need six sign-offs, and anyone shopping for a vendor to blame. We work for owners who want one accountable partner and a phone number that answers.

Do you only work in Southern California?+

We're based in Santa Fe Springs and most of our clients are within an hour's drive — but the software travels. Remote clients are welcome; the phone works the same everywhere.

Who actually does the work?+

Fadi, plus a short bench of senior people we've shipped with for years, brought in matter by matter. No juniors, no account managers, no handoffs.

Are AI agents safe around my customers?+

Each agent runs under rules written for your business: what it may say, when it must hand off to a named human, and when it must stay quiet. Every action is logged. The sales agent that isn't allowed to quote prices? That's not marketing — that's a server-side rule.
